Thanks for checking out this page. You’re probably here because you play sport, run, ride or just want to get stronger and leaner. Maybe you are recovering from injury, suffer with lower back pain or just want to improve your mobility. Well, I can help.

You want results, you’re willing to put the work in to get them but you need a little help to find the most effective and evidence-based way to do this for your specific purposes.

You don’t want a personal trainer who shouts at you like a drill sergeant and just counts reps. You want a coach who works with you to set meaningful goals and designs training plans that help you achieve those goals, while teaching you correct, safe and effective technique.

You don’t want a cookie cutter meal plan on a pdf. No, you need a coach who helps you find the right diet for your lifestyle and goals, who teaches you autonomy and self-efficacy, who educates you about nutrition, food environment and who develops your mindset so that you create a better relationship with food.

I now actually eat more, and am still losing weight (even though I didn’t eat junk or in excess prior and weight loss wasn’t my initial goal); RESULT!


As the 90 days draw to an end I’ve been reflecting. I am super proud as this is the first thing I have stuck to and I have be able to live my life and enjoy the food I love! Thanks for all the support, it’s made me so much more confident and I refuse to go back to how I was, mentally and physically!
